-Manage and grow client relationships in the US IT staffing market
-Bring in new clients and drive business development initiatives
-Generate leads, convert prospects, and build a strong client portfolio
-Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination with delivery teams
-Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
-Negotiate contracts, rates, and maintain long-term partnerships
Key Skills:
-Strong experience in US IT Recruitment & Account Management
-Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to work in US time zones
