Overview: As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidatestofill IT positions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced recruiterstoidentify top talent and match them with the right opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referralstoidentify potential candidates.

2. Review resumes and applicationstoassess candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions.

3. Conduct phone and videointerviewstoevaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

4. Must be excellent in communication skills oral and written.
