About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Associate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment for our North America region. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about people, enjoy fast-paced environments, and want to build a rewarding career in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the US region.
  • Source and identify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Support recruiters with offer process coordination and basic onboarding tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated on US hiring trends, compliance practices, and talent market insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes or a strong desire to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards is a plus.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones or flexible shifts as required.
