About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Associate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment for our North America region. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the US region.
- Source and identify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Support recruiters with offer process coordination and basic onboarding tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, compliance practices, and talent market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes or a strong desire to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards is a plus.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Willingness to work in US time zones or flexible shifts as required.
