About the Role

Brillfy Technology Inc. is looking for an experienced Sr. US IT Recruiter / Lead Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in US IT Staffing, candidate sourcing, technical recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, Dice, Boolean Search, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who can independently manage multiple US IT requirements and consistently build strong candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing through offer closure.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, Dice, job boards, referrals, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
Work on technical positions across Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Full Stack, QA, Business Analysis, Project Management, and other IT technologies.
Conduct detailed candidate screening and evaluate technical skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorization.
Work with W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring requirements.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage follow-ups, and drive candidates through the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation/rates and assist with offer closure.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
Collaborate with account managers, recruiting leads, clients, and implementation partners.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and submission targets.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing experience.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS.
Strong experience with Dice and other US IT job portals.
Excellent Boolean Search and candidate sourcing skills.
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring.
Experience with ATS such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing/recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent candidate communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred / Plus

Experience working with Direct Clients.
Experience working with Implementation Partners / Prime Vendors.
Experience handling MSP/VMS requirements.
Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent positions.
Strong understanding of US work authorization such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4 EAD, EAD, OPT/CPT, etc.
