Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience working with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for US-based clients while ensuring compliance with VMS/MSP processes and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-12 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong experience working with VMS/MSP clients.

Familiarity with VMS tools like Beeline, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, PRO Unlimited, etc.

Good understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with direct clients along with MSP/VMS.

Knowledge of US employment types and visa classifications.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
