responsible for handling IT requirements fromUS-based clients

Responsible for full-cyclerecruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions

Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement

Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets

Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

Candidate's Desired Profile:

Education: (Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply)

*Should have good communication & interpersonal skills

*Should have a basic understanding ofRecruitment
