ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies while working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for requirement understanding
- Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates
- Ensure compliance with US hiring policies and timelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 35 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings
