Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies while working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for requirement understanding
  • Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
  • Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring policies and timelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 35 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
  • Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in US shift timings
