Job Title: US IT Recruiter (W2 Specialist)

Location: Noida - Sector 63 (On-site)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong W2 hiring expertise to join our Noida team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients, focusing on W2 placements across various IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing W2 candidates.

Work closely with implementation partners and direct clients.

Use LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards for active sourcing.

Negotiate rates and manage offers.

Ensure compliance and maintain accurate ATS records.

Requirements:

2–7 years of US IT recruitment experience with a strong focus on W2 hiring.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of US tax terms and staffing compliance.

Hands on experience with sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn.
