Role objective and overview

Present relevant candidates profiles by searching and screening / interviewing candidates using various portal like LinkedIn – Recruiter, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.

Co-ordinate for interview scheduling, feedback and conduct negotiations and close offers of selected candidates. Perform engagement activities with under offer candidates for successful onboarding and pipeline readiness.

Key result areas

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn,

Strong understanding of IT roles and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud)

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Screen resumes and conduct technical interviews to assess skills and experience.

Apply different searching techniques and methods to find suitable candidates from social media platform, open sources and job portals

Timely submissions of relevant profiles for roles assigned

Achieve agreed targets and timelines

Knowledge, qualifications, and experience

Essential skills and Experience:

Understanding of recruitment sourcing tools, strategies, and Boolean

Can demonstrate continuous self-improvement.

High attention to detail and accuracy of work

Passionate about the power of data, insights, and reporting

Strong experience of Excel and PowerPoint

Takes ownership and proposes solutions.

Familiarity with tech hiring trends and challenges

Track record of achieving individual objectives

Core Competencies:

Minimum 2 year experience in US / Canada IT full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing,

screening / conducting telephonic interview, coordination and candidate engagement

Good working experience of job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.

Good knowledge of various IT skills in the US Job Market – tax terms, work authorizations, work types etc

Good in preparing and using search strings and techniques (Boolean, Xray searches etc.)

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Knowledge of MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook)

Eye for detail with multi-tasking skills

Team player, proactive and energetic .
