Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Nandambakkam, Chennai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients
- Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Negotiate rates and ensure closure within deadlines
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers
- Work closely with Account Managers / Delivery Heads for requirement understanding
- Ensure compliance with client submission guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT staffing
- Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, 1099 tax terms
- Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
- Familiarity with ATS tools
- Strong networking and sourcing strategies
