Job Description

We are looking for a US IT recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The role requires strong sourcing skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (contract & full-time roles)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets

Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in US IT recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with US job portals and ATS tools
  • Comfortable working US shift hours
  • Must be able to commute independently to the Rohini office
