Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing US IT Recruiter who can drive W2 hiring across Bay Area and East Coast markets. This role requires strong ownership, speed, and the ability to consistently deliver quality submissions for niche data and engineering roles.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for W2 roles with direct clients and implementation partners
- Deliver fast, high-quality submissions for roles in Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, and Analytics
- Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, Dice, and internal databases
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and client readiness
- Ensure candidate commitment and W2 alignment before submission
- Drive interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer closures
- Maintain discipline on trackers, ATS updates, and reporting
- Consistently meet submission, interview, and closure targets
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment with strong W2 focus
- Proven track record in Bay Area & East Coast hiring
- Experience working with direct clients / prime vendors
- Strong understanding of W2 vs C2C vs 1099 and US hiring compliance
- Ability to hire for data and niche tech roles (DE, DS, AI, DevOps, Cloud)
- High ownership mindset with ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Pharma clients.
- Understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT)
- Prior experience in Data/AI-focused hiring environments
