Role Summary

Are you a US IT Recruitment expert looking for a high-impact role with a Day Shift schedule PSG India is hiring!

We are looking for a sharp, voice-oriented Recruiter to source and vet US-based technical talent for US-based roles. No visa processing, no offshore hurdles just pure, high-speed domestic technical staffing.

The Role:

• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Source, screen, negotiate and hire US-based IT professionals.
• Voice-First Process: High-volume phone screening to evaluate technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Technical Vetting: Deep-dive into IT stack for US IT Hiring.
• Market Strategy: Master Boolean strings on Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CareerBuilder.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 13 years of core US IT Staffing (Domestic US market experience is a must).
• Communication: Exceptional, near-native English verbal skills (Voice process expertise).
• Knowledge: Solid grasp of US geography and time zones.
• Drive: A closer mindset with a track record of meeting submission and placement KPIs.
