Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Freshers)
Job Summary
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT roles in the US Region. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in US staffing and recruitment.
Roles & responsibilities
- Understand client requirements for various US IT positions (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and internal databases
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work on full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to placement)
- Learn US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa basics
Required Skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good MS Office / Excel skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts (night shifts)
Location: MG Road, Bengaluru
Timing: 9PM to 6AM
