A staffing and talent-acquisition partner serving the US enterprise technology market, focused on sourcing and placing skilled IT professionals across software engineering, cloud, data, and infrastructure functions. This role supports high-volume US-based hiring programs and requires tight alignment with US hiring managers across time zones.
Location: India (On-site). Shift: aligned to US time zones as required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting for US IT roles: source, screen, interview coordination, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination.
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and passive outreach to build high-quality talent pipelines.
- Conduct technical screens to validate skills in software development, cloud, data, and infrastructure; present qualified shortlists to US hiring managers.
- Manage candidate lifecycle in the ATS, maintain accurate pipeline and hiring metrics, and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate interviews across US time zones and facilitate offer negotiation, reference checks, and pre-employment compliance (I-9, background checks, E-Verify where applicable).
- Partner with hiring leads to refine role profiles, improve time-to-fill, and implement scalable sourcing playbooks.
