US IT Recruiter – Job Description

Company: Tekshapers Software Solutions, Noida Sector 65

Location: Onsite – Noida, Sector 65

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time positions.
• Use job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

• Experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and US hiring processes.
• Strong communication and sourcing skills.
• Ability to work from the office during the 7 PM–4 AM shift.
