Client Handling:Expertise in managing implementation projects with clients.
Recruitment Expertise:
- Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Strong experience in hiring forC2C (contract) roles.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of IT terminologies and technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication for effective candidate and client interaction.
- US Market Knowledge:
- Understanding ofUS employment types, tax terms, and work culture.
- Awareness ofUS time zonesfor seamless coordination.
- Client Coordination
- Ability to collaborate withimplementation partnersto understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
