Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling:Expertise in managing implementation projects with clients.

Recruitment Expertise:

  • Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Strong experience in hiring forC2C (contract) roles.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong knowledge of IT terminologies and technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for effective candidate and client interaction.
  • US Market Knowledge:
  • Understanding ofUS employment types, tax terms, and work culture.
  • Awareness ofUS time zonesfor seamless coordination.
  • Client Coordination
  • Ability to collaborate withimplementation partnersto understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Proven ability tomeet recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Skilled inbuilding and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
