US IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage the end-to-end hiring process for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of US staffing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Understand US IT job requirements, technologies, employment types, and work authorization.
• Conduct candidate calls to assess technical background, communication, availability, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and hiring SLAs.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Data, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of US work authorization types.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
