NovaCruitix is looking for an experienced professional to handle candidate acquisition, bench onboarding, sales, and business development for the US IT staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire experienced IT candidates for the US market.
Speak with candidates, understand their skills, visa status, availability, and rate expectations.
Convince and onboard suitable candidates onto the NovaCruitix bench.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of bench consultants.
Develop relationships with US staffing companies, vendors, recruiters, and clients.
Generate job opportunities and requirements for onboarded candidates.
Handle submissions, follow-ups, interviews, rate negotiations, and closures.
Work towards candidate onboarding, placement, and revenue targets.
Maintain candidate and sales activity in CRM/ATS.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales / Candidate Acquisition.
Strong sales, negotiation, and candidate convincing skills.
Good understanding of C2C, W2, H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven and comfortable working in US business hours.
