Job Description

Position:US IT Recruiter - Technical

Location:Hyderabad (Onsite)

Work Timings:9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (US Central Time)

Employment Type:Full-time

Join Skytek's high-performance recruiting team to source and place top US IT talent in a fast-paced, daily-demand environment. This onsite role requires strict adherence to US Central Time schedule for seamless coordination with American clients, vendors, and candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end US IT hiring in a daily-demand environment, managing multiple requirements coming in daily
  • Source candidates using 56 parallel methods simultaneously: LinkedIn Recruiter/Premium, Dice/Indeed/Monster, internal database, employee referrals, vendor networks, targeted Boolean searches
  • Master LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced Boolean searches, InMail outreach, unlimited follows, and direct inbox access to passive US IT talent
  • Strictly verify every candidate's current US work authorization status (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, TN) and confirm legitimacy through documentation and employer verification
  • Conduct fast technical screening to identify genuinely smart candidates with real project experience, not just keyword matches
  • Communicate fluently and confidently in professional English with US candidates, hiring managers, and vendors during screening calls and interviews
  • Coordinate seamlessly with US vendors/implementation partners on JD details, submission formats, rate structures (C2C/W2), and feedback loops
  • Maintain real-time, accurate ATS/tracker updates with candidate status, work authorization, skills, submissions, and communication history
  • Deliver high-quality submissions quickly while tracking and improving ratios: submissions-to-interviews (25-30%), interviews-to-offers (50-60%)
  • Stay updated on US IT market trends, tech stacks (Cloud/DevOps/Data/Full Stack), typical rates, and work authorization compliance to make fast, informed decisions
  • Negotiate offers effectively and close candidates (don't just submitdrive offer acceptance and ensure hires join)
  • Manage client/hiring manager relationships through requirement intake calls, regular updates, and structured feedback loops
  • Handle rejections professionally while maintaining positive candidate experience for long-term relationship building
  • Conduct market research and rate benchmarking to understand competitive IT role rates (W2/C2C) and position offers effectively
