Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven US IT Recruiter with prior experience working on TCS requirements . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates across various IT technologies in the US staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on direct client requirements, specifically TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) positions

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools

Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and vendors

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles

Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and closures

Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database

Required Skills:

15 years of experience in US IT Recruitment

Prior hands-on experience working with TCS requirements (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
