Role: US IT Recruiter
Experience Level: 4 to 10 Years
Location: 100 feet road, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Timings: Purely Night Shifts (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in working with MSP (Managed Service Providers) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies for US clients, ensuring timely delivery and quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
Work extensively on MSP/VMS requirements (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQ Navigator).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical skills.
Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions
Follow compliance and documentation requirements for MSP clients.
Track submissions, interviews, and placements in ATS.
Negotiate rates, manage offers, and onboarding processes.
Hands on Experience in Interview preparation and Debrief
Required Skills:
4-10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
