We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for USA State Government clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with State clients / Public Sector requirements and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Staffing for State/Government clients
- Experience working with VMS/MSP portals
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US State client IT requirements
- Work on IT roles such as Developers, QA, Data Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, Network Engineers, etc.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per State client IT requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Ensure compliance with state client hiring guidelines
- Work with MSP/VMS portals (like Fieldglass, VectorVMS, etc.)
- Maintain ATS and track submissions, interviews, and closures
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in US IT recruitment ( 2to 6 years )
