Job Overview
Tekgence Inc is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to end-to-end US IT staffing, job portals, and experience working with implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract and full-time roles
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical and functional requirements
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and account managers
- Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups
- Negotiate pay rates and close positions within tight timelines
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipeline reports
- Meet daily and weekly hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 16 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
- Strong understanding of US hiring process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience with US job portals
- Experience working with implementation partners (highly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven onsite environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MSP/VMS-based hiring
- Exposure to direct US clients
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
