Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of experience in US staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with US staffing processes and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
