HIRING: US IT RECRUITER – W2 REQUIREMENTS

Do you have experience working with Infosys / Beeline, handling contractual hiring, and communicating confidently with US-based candidates and clients

Experience: 3–5 Years | Contractual Hiring / US IT Recruitment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / Contractual Hiring

Prior experience working with Infosys / Beeline is highly preferred

Strong experience handling W2 requirements through Implementation Partners

Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with US-native candidates

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other job portals

Good understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes

Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models

Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and fulfill W2 requirements received through Implementation Partners

Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals across multiple technologies

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups

Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors & Implementation Partners

Work extensively on job portals and LinkedIn to identify top talent

Maintain recruitment trackers, submission reports, and daily activity reports

Ensure quality submissions and timely closure of requirements
