Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on SAP and Oracle roles.
Strong understanding of US hiring processes, visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.), and tax terms (W2/C2C/1099).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working in night shifts (US time zone).
Proficiency with ATS tools and MS Office.
