Role Overview:As a US ITRecruiter / Bench SalesRecruiter, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and marketing available consultants to prime vendors and clients across the US.
Role: US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales RecruiterKey Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and place candidates for contract/full-time roles (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, negotiating, closing, and onboarding.
- Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, and ATS tools.
Required Skills:
- 15 years of experience in US IT recruitment and/or bench sales.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms, work visas, and time zones.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close placements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
