Shift Timings - Night Shift ( 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST)

Position is work from Office in Pune (Opposite to Seasons Mall)

JOB DESCRIPTION

· 2-4 + years of strong technical recruiting experience in US Staffing.

. Any Exp managing a team of recruiters would be a plus and should be handson.

· Should have worked with Implementing partners or Direct staffing models hiring W2/C2C candidates.

· Expert in active searches US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc) & passive searches.

Role Specification

· Conduct initial candidate interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.

· Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and client requirements.

· Negotiate Payrate with C2C/W2 candidates, rate negotiation with subcontracting companies to fill and close the position.

· Excellent utilization of any (ATS) for sourcing candidates.

· Arrange client interviews and work with the HR team to complete the required paperwork when a candidate gets hired for a position.

· Act as the first point of contact for the consultant/Account manager and maintain the relationship with the consultant.

· Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
