Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
- Strong experience hiring US Citizens (USC) exclusively
- Hands-on experience with US job portals (Dice mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication , US accent will be preferred .
- Familiarity with federal / public sector hiring processes (preferred)
- Ability to work US night shifts ( 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST )
- Strong understanding of IT skill sets (Java, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Citizenonly IT requirements
- Work closely with account managers and direct clients to understand citizenship, clearance, and compliance needs
- Source US Citizen candidates via Dice, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, and referrals
- Screen candidates for:
- Technical expertise
- Communication skills
- US citizenship verification
- Ensure accurate collection and validation of citizenship documentation (passport / birth certificate / naturalization certificate as per policy)
- Submit qualified candidates within defined TAT
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer management
- Negotiate compensation (W2 / Full-Time) with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records
- Ensure EEO and OFCCP compliance in all recruitment activities
Preferred Skills- Experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors
- Knowledge of security clearance hiring (Public Trust, Secret, TS plus)
- Experience with W2 / Full-Time hiring models
- ATS and CRM proficiency
- Strong candidate relationship management skills
Compliance & Hiring Focus- US Citizens only (no visa-based hiring)
- Adherence to EEOC, OFCCP, and client-specific compliance standards
- Accurate documentation and audit readiness
