Job Description
Role: Senior US IT Recruiter
Location:Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift timings: 7-PM to 4-AM (IST)
Meals Provided
Experience: 3–7 Years
We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing and end-to-end recruitment.
What we're looking for:
- 3–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H-1B candidates
- Comfortable working in EST & CST shifts.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- Prior experience with leading IT services/staffing organizations such as TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Mphasis, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
