Position Summary
The
US IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing mid-to-senior level IT professionals across the US market, operating on US business hours from RADcube's Hyderabad office. This role sits at the core of our talent acquisition engine, partnering closely with senior recruiters and delivery managers to meet client hiring demands with speed, quality, and precision.
The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of US IT staffing experience, a deep understanding of W2 placements, and the communication fluency to engage candidates and clients across time zones effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Source and screen qualified IT professionals across a range of technical roles using job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster), ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization status.
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement throughout the hiring process, from first contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience and high submission-to-placement ratios.
Placement & W2 Operations
- Manage full-cycle placements with a primary focus on W2 tax term engagements, understanding the nuances of W2 vs. Corp-to-Corp vs. 1099 arrangements and advising candidates accordingly.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, submit candidates to client portals, and manage all pre-onboarding requirements including background checks and documentation.
- Negotiate pay rates and bill rates within established guidelines to achieve competitive placements while protecting margin.
Pipeline & Database Management
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across key IT disciplines (software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, etc.) to support ongoing and anticipated client demand.
- Keep candidate records current and accurate in the ATS, ensuring full compliance with data hygiene standards and submission tracking.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements, client culture, and hiring preferences, translating that context into targeted sourcing strategies.
- Adopt and apply recruitment best practices, tools, and process improvements as the team evolves, contributing ideas and flagging inefficiencies without being asked.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on US IT recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful placements in the US staffing market.
- Extensive experience sourcing and placing candidates on W2 tax terms; solid working knowledge of W2, Corp-to-Corp, and 1099 employment structures.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal, with the professional presence to engage US-based candidates and client contacts confidently.
- Familiarity with major sourcing platforms (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster) and ATS tools; proficiency with Boolean search and resume parsing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-driven work style suited to a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment operating on US business hours.
- Required: Prior experience working in an offshore delivery model supporting US clients; understanding of US work authorization categories (H-1B, GC, USC, EAD); exposure to VMS/MSP programs or direct client relationships.
