Job Title:Senior Bench Sales Lead – US Staffing

Location:Indore (Remote Working)

Experience: 5–6 Years

Job Type:Full-Time

Shift Timing:7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Salary/Budget:₹8 – ₹10 LPA

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven Senior US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Lead with strong expertise in Bench Sales and hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The role requires leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team while driving overall performance and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Bench Sales:

  • Market and place bench consultants with US clients, vendors, and implementation partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
  • Negotiate pay rates and contract terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
  • Ensure continuous placement and billing of bench resources
  • Maintain consultant profiles, track submissions, and follow-ups
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

US IT Recruitment:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing → Screening → Submission → Interview → Offer → Onboarding)
  • Source candidates via Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
  • Work on Contract, C2H, and Full-time roles

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters/bench sales professionals
  • Set and monitor daily/weekly targets
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Ensure process adherence, quality standards, and SLAs
  • Support team in complex negotiations and closures

Operations & Reporting:

  • Publish weekly performance reports
  • Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams
  • Ensure compliance with US staffing processes
  • Manage onboarding and post-placement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–6 years of experience in US Staffing (Recruitment + Bench Sales)
  • Strong expertise in Bench Sales (Mandatory)
  • Good understanding of:
    • US Tax Terms: W2, C2C, 1099
    • US Visas: H1B, GC, USC, OPT
  • Experience in team handling/leadership roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, ATS tools
