Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across IT and non-IT domains, with a deep understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms, compliances.
Job description:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based hiring.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Negotiate pay rates, terms, and close offers within defined timelines.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, client guidelines, and internal recruitment processes.
- Experience working for domestic IT roles.
- Update and maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Job specification:
- Strong knowledge of US hiring process and compliance.
- 35 years of experience in US staffing / recruitment.
- Should be willing to work on domestic hirings as & when required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
