About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and resourceful US IT Recruiter to join our team onsite in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and managing top tech talent for our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source IT Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates for various tech roles including developers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Track Recruitment Data: Maintain and update candidate records using MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from resume screening and interviews to scheduling and offer rollouts.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers (Client): Coordinate with US-based hiring managers (Client)to understand job requirements and ensure alignment during the hiring process.
- Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Communicate transparently and consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (preferably in IT or technical roles)
- Expertise in IT roles and technologies such as AI, software development, and cloud computing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals; experience with an ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
