Job Title: US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience working with US clients, and the ability to work in the EST shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates to clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Negotiate salary/rates and ensure candidate onboarding
- Maintain and update candidate database and ATS
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates
Required Skills:
- 25+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Familiarity with tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in EST shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
- Knowledge of ATS tools
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
