Job Description

As a US IT Recruiter, you will:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements for technical and IT positions.
  • Research the market for potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and connect with qualified candidates.
  • Interact with candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications, and interest in the role.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a broad pool of candidates.
  • Maintain continual dialogue with candidates in the pipeline, keeping them updated on the hiring process.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a systematic and comprehensive database of candidates for future reference and tracking.

Skills Required:

  • 2+ Years of proven track record of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment handling technical requisitions.
  • Prior experience in handling US-based IT/technical recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in reaching out to candidates via phone to establish rapport and assess interest.
  • Expertise in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to identify candidates.
  • Ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn tools and techniques for sourcing and recruiting.
