As a US IT Recruiter, you will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements for technical and IT positions.
- Research the market for potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and connect with qualified candidates.
- Interact with candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications, and interest in the role.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a broad pool of candidates.
- Maintain continual dialogue with candidates in the pipeline, keeping them updated on the hiring process.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
- Maintain a systematic and comprehensive database of candidates for future reference and tracking.
Skills Required:
- 2+ Years of proven track record of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment handling technical requisitions.
- Prior experience in handling US-based IT/technical recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in reaching out to candidates via phone to establish rapport and assess interest.
- Expertise in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to identify candidates.
- Ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn tools and techniques for sourcing and recruiting.
