Hiring: US IT Recruiter (6 Months – 2 Years Experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements and strong sourcing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes based on client requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of US IT technologies and roles

Experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, Monster India, Naukri, etc.

Good communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of W2 / C2C / 1099 hiring models

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Experience with US tax terms and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)

Strong candidate relationship management
