Key Requirements:
- Must have at least 5+ years in US IT Staffing specifically.
- Must have strong communication skills
- Background in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or Strong understanding of IT Technologies, IT Technology trends is highly desired.
- A good C2C network is beneficial.
- Prior experience in technically interviewing candidates will be a plus.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various IT roles, working with direct clients, W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT positions
- Analyze job requirements and understand client needs
- Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up with candidates
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Maintain and update candidate database (ATS/CRM tools)
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience working with US clients/vendors
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
- Prior experience in US staffing/recruitment firms
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring
