Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our US-based clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various IT technologies while working closely with Account Managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on direct client and implementation requirements for US IT staffing.
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and visa status.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/client interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate pay rates, terms, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain daily submission and interview reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per client requirements.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of the US IT recruitment process.
• Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, ERP, etc.).
• Familiarity with US work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099, Full-Time).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in night shift (US timings).
• Experience using ATS and job portals.

Preerred Experience

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
• Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
