Night shift & Kolkata location

Timing: 7:30pm - 4:30 am (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Job Description:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the US

Work extensively on W2 hiring, sourcing, screening, and coordinating

Build strong pipelines and maintain candidate relationships

Collaborate closely with account managers and delivery teams

What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A proactive, target-driven mindset
