Role Description

This is a full-time on-site US IT Recruiter (Night Shift) role located in CR Park, New Delhi. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions in the US. You will be required to work with minimal supervision, source candidates from multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the final round of interviews with hiring managers. Since this is a night shift role, flexibility to work during US hours is a must.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and trends
• Experience with recruiting via social media platforms and job boards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Flexibility to work night shifts to accommodate US time zones
