US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

We're looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find top technical talent.

What you'll do:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of IT/technical recruiting experience
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms)
• Understanding of technical roles and terminology
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
