We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role, based in Vadodara. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, managing the hiring process, sourcing and screening candidates, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill technical and IT staffing needs. The role demands a high level of initiative, communication, and the ability to work seamlessly within a dynamic team.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting processes
• Expertise in Recruiting and Hiring strategies with a focus on IT and technical roles
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job boards
• Proven ability to develop a strong candidate pipeline and meet hiring targets
• Experience working in the IT services or staffing industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
