• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand client requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical pre-qualification.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, visa regulations, and employment policies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across various technologies.
• Meet recruitment KPIs, submission targets, interview ratios, and placement goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• 1+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of US staffing, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications.
• Experience working with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
