Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs within the US ITsector.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles, including contract, full-time, and C2C hiring.
- Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and internal databases, as well as through vendor management and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate salary packages, benefits, and other compensation details.
- Manage and understand various US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Handle visa sponsorship processes and ensure candidates comply with necessary visa regulations (H1B, OPT, ...)
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand specific job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company policies.
- Provide market insights and recommend hiring bestpractices to optimize recruitment processes.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedIT Recruiter (APAC /EMEA) who specializes inIT recruitment—covering Network Engineer, IT Support Engineer,Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, SAP, Oracle, QATesting, and adjacent technologies. You'll own full-cycle hiring and—critically—demonstrate strong capability in validating technical skill sets through structured screening, practical assessments, and stakeholder calibration.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment In take, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination for software/IT roles.
- Technical Skill Validation Conduct structured technical screens using calibrated question banks and scorecards.
- Coordinate and review coding challenges, live problem-solving, or portfolio/GitHub reviews where applicable.
- Partner with SMEs/engineering leads to align on role-specific competencies and pass/fail thresholds.
- Validate project depth (architecture decisions, performance, testing) vs. surface-level keyword matching.
- Sourcing Excellence Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, communities, and Boolean/X-ray searches.
- Stakeholder Management Run clear intake meetings, align on success profiles, and maintain tight SLAs with hiring managers and clients.
- Candidate Experience Provide timely updates, prep candidates for interview stages, and ensure a professional, inclusive experience.Data & Compliance Maintain accurate ATS records, produce weekly dashboards (submittals, interviews, offers), and adhere to data privacy and labor guidelines.
- Market Intelligence Advise on compensation, skills availability, and competitor activity to shape search strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success hiring across Network Engineer, IT support Engineer,Java, .NET, Python, DevOps (CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud), SAP (core modules), Oracle (DB/PL-SQL), QA (manual & automation) and related stacks.
- 1-5 years of hands-on IT recruitment focused on software roles.
- Demonstrated ability to technically assess candidates (foundational CS concepts, frameworks, tooling, testing, deployment).
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing automations; strong Boolean/X-ray skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working to tight SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
