Job Summary
The US IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients. This role involves working on direct clients, implementation partners, and , ensuring quick turnaround time (TAT) and high-quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements from direct clients or MSP/VMS
- Perform initial screening (technical + communication + visa validation)
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain ATS and trackers with updated candidate status
- Ensure quality submissions within SLA/TAT
- Negotiate salary/rate and close candidates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with sourcing portals: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Boolean search
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD)
- Experience working with MSP/VMS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Good knowledge of IT skills and technologies

- Experience with direct clients and implementation partners
- Knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
