Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with vendors and clients
- Negotiate pay rates and ensure timely submissions
- Maintain ATS and candidate database
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shift
