Here are the details of the Job profile:-

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements (W2 AND C2C)
• Understand and work on US tax terms & Visa- (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.) is mandatory.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates for technical and communication skills
• Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and close positions within deadlines
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients
• Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment process and IT technologies & worked on Analytical Roles
• Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)

Interview Mode:

• 1st round- HR screening
• 2nd round- virtual with Business/hiring manager
